Our client wanted to improve and extend their home with an additional room.

Adding a cosy conservatory was considered the best option after a consultation with our experienced sales representatives. Our clients decided on an open plan feel to their living area, so we also orchestrated a knock-through, meaning their current living room/dining area was extended further. This brought an abundance of light into their home, and also ensured that they could still enjoy the views of their beautiful gardens.

The dwarf wall was built to match the existing brickwork, and the hardwood frame was also stained to match the existing windows and cladding.

When our clients don’t have a huge area to work with, our experienced design team are very good at envisaging possible options and discussing these with the clients. In this instance we can also produce CAD drawings of the proposed builds so the customer can better understand how the finished product will look.
